A meeting of the Town Council will be held at the Public Offices, 65 Christchurch Road, Ringwood onWednesday 5th September 2007 at 7.00pm and your attendance is requested.

Public Participation:
*The meeting will be preceded by a public participation period of up to 10 minutes at 7.00pm. If no member of the public wishes to speak to the Council, the meeting will start at 7.00pm.
3. To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the Meeting held on 25th July 2007 (attached).
4. Exclusion of the Public and Press
To consider in view of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted, whether it is advisable in the public interest that the public and press be temporarily excluded and they be instructed to withdraw.
5. Possible Development in South West Corner of the Furlong
1. To consider options on which the District Council is to consult the public and determine whether the Town Council should:-
a) Express its support for one or other of the options;
b) Issue a Newsletter explaining its views and if so whether this should be by a specialist delivering organisation or the purchase of advertising space in the Ringwood & Fordingbridge News;
and
c) Provide Ringwood School with sufficient copies of the Newsletter for distribution to pupils.
2. In the event that the Council agrees the issue of a Newsletter to authorise arrangements for approval of the content thereof. (N.B. The Editorial Panel for normal Newsletters is Councillors N Chard, D Cracknell, Mrs C Ford and B Terry)
