A meeting of the Town Council will be held at the Public Offices, 65 Christchurch Road, Ringwood on Wednesday 28th March 2007 at 7.00pm, or at the conclusion of the public participation period at 7.10pm, and your attendance is requested.

*The meeting will be preceded by a public participation period of up to 10 minutes at 7.00pm. If no member of the public wishes to speak to the Council, the meeting will start at 7.00pm.

To appoint a representative to attend this meeting on 26th April in Lymington (9.30am to 12.30pm with lunch provided) and agree to pay reasonable travelling costs
