A meeting of the Town Council will be held at the Public Offices, 65 Christchurch Road, Ringwood on Wednesday 3rd January 2007 at 7.00pm, or at the conclusion of the public participation period at 7.10pm, and your attendance is requested.

*The meeting will be preceded by a public participation period of up to 10 minutes at 7.00pm. If no member of the public wishes to speak to the Council, the meeting will start at 7.00pm.

SUPPLEMENTARY AGENDA ITEM

ITEM 7a NOTICE OF MOTION (submitted by Cllr N Chard)

I give below Notice of a Motion I wish to be presented to the Council on 3rd January 2007:

“The Town Council received with great sadness, the news about the fatal accident in Ringwood High Street only shortly before Christmas.

The Council has long believed that the District Council should implement a comprehensive review of traffic regulations in the High Street and now calls upon the District Council to allocate additional resources to enable the review to be undertaken without detriment to other essential schemes in the town”.
