A meeting of the above Committee will be held at “Greenways” on Wednesday 6th December 2006 at 7.40 pm or at the conclusion of the informal meeting with Ringwood Lawn Tennis Club which commences at 7.00 pm and the conclusion of the public participation session at 7.40 pm and your attendance is requested.

4 Ringwood Lawn Tennis Club

To consider outcome of meeting earlier in the evening with the Ringwood Lawn Tennis Club representatives and to determine a way forward

5. The Bickerley/Pocket Park

To receive progress report

6. Provision of Rugby Facilities at Ringwood Junior School Playing Field

To report formally that the Governors of Ringwood Junior School and Ellingham and Ringwood Rugby Club have obtained Planning Consent for one block of changing rooms and community facilities at Parsonage Barn Lane and to note that the Rugby Club is now progressing to the next stage of implementation of the proposals

7. Floral Decorations 2007

To receive update on new sites for railings troughs/planters for Summer 2007

8. Budget 2007/11

To consider report on 2006/07 new bids budget and new proposals for 2007/08 – 2010/11 (Appendices “A”, “B” and “C” attached)

11. Long Lane Sports Development

Town Clerk to report on action relating to the negotiations for the purchase of 28 acres of land and to determine the action to be taken to achieve acquisition. For this purpose, Members may wish to appoint a small Working Party of three or four members to prepare a programme of action

(a) Pitches – to agree fees for use of football pitches

(b) To receive update on licence for access to the Ringwood Town Football Club site

13. Weekend Playground Inspections

To consider the Deputy Town Clerk’s Report (attached)

14. Carvers Recreation Ground

To receive quotation for the refurbishment of the Pavilion and to consider action to be taken to upgrade the facility.
