A meeting of the above Committee will be held at “Greenways” on Wednesday 4th October 2006 at 7.00 pm* or at the conclusion of the public participation session at 7.10 pm and your attendance is requested.

3.  To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the Meeting held on 6th September 2006

4. To receive reports from councillors on visit to see New Milton’s sports facilities on 7th August 2006  (deferred from previous meeting).
           

5. Ringwood Lawn Tennis Club

To consider:

(a) Report on meeting with Club representatives on 4th August 2006 and correspondence dated 11th August 2006 (two letters) and 21st September 2006 to the Tennis Club and initial response of 6th September 2006, with attachments, from the Tennis Club

(b) Arrangements for recharge of expenses incurred in 2006/07 financial year in respect of the grass courts

(c) Arrangements for use of the grass courts in 2007/08 and the standard of maintenance to be undertaken

(d) Use of the hard courts from October 2006 to May 2007 by the School, the Tennis Club and public including the possibility of the granting of an agency contract to the District Council’s Recreation Centre for management and charging of all time on the courts, excluding the times used by the School.  Existing time allocation between School and Tennis Club attached.  All non-allocated time available for the public.  Copy of Report considered on 7th September 2005 attached.

6. To consider arrangements for dealing with dog fouling on open spaces

7. Cemetery

To consider whether a restriction should be placed on the number of grave spaces which may be pre-purchased

8. Anson Close

To consider petitions(s) received in respect of the bench on the open space at Anson Close

9. Blashford Lakes

To consider report from Cllr N Light

10. New Forest Open Space Study

To consider report of consultants appointed by the District Council to review open space provision in the District (papers attached)

13. Carvers Recreation Ground

To consider report on refurbishment of pavilion
