8. Land off Long Lane

At the request of the Recreation, Leisure & Open Spaces Committee, to authorise expenditure on accommodation works at Ringwood Town Football Club in advance of approval by the District Council of the use of Developers’ Contributions and, in the event of the District Council not giving such approval, the cost of the works be met from Reserves (OS/4829 refers)

To agree date of next meeting

(Note: the next meeting of this Committee has been scheduled for 13th December. However, there are several external activities on that evening and during that week and therefore a number of Members will be unable to attend. As this meeting will recommend the Precept to Council, it is suggested that Members consider rescheduling Policy & Finance Committee to 20th December and Full Council to 3rd January 2007, which is the next available Wednesday.)
