To consider recommendation from the Recreation, Leisure & Open Spaces Committee that a supplementary budget of £2,100 be approved for the repair of the wall between the Cemetery and Ringwood Junior School (OS/4785 refers)

8. Cllr Terry Scriven

To approve Cllr Scriven’s election to committees

9. Christmas Lights

To receive a verbal report following a meeting of the Christmas Lights Working Party on 18th July

10. Society of Local Council Clerks – National Conference – Facing the Future

To consider the Town Clerk’s attendance at this conference from 20th to 22nd October 2006

11. Ringwood Festival 2006

To receive the minutes of the Festival Steering Committee meetings held on 19th June and 4th July 2006 (attached)
