To review arrangements for dealing with requests from the public relating to matters outside of this Council’s control, at the request of Cllr Scriven (see attached correspondence)

5. Bournemouth Airport – Draft Master Plan 2006-2030 Consultation Document

To consider the Deputy Town Clerk’s report (attached)

6. Town Centre Strategy Study

To receive the Ringwood Town Centre Strategy Study, prepared by Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners on behalf of New Forest District Council (previously circulated)
Note: there are no decisions for the Council to make in respect of the Study.

7. Gambling Act 2005

To consider the District Council’s Draft Statement of Principles to be applied when exercising its function as a licensing authority in relation to the regulation of gambling (attached)

8. Quomp Road Closure

To consider the proposed design for the central road closure and the uncontrolled crossings at Quomp’s junctions with Hightown Road and School Lane

9. Antisocial Behaviour outside the Visitor Information Centre

To review the ongoing situation and action taken to date

10. Speed Indicator Device (SID) – Linford Road

To consider a request from New Forest Community Safety Partnership for a contribution of £300 to enable the deployment of a SID in Linford Road

11. Appeal to the First Secretary of State

To consider an Appeal by Avon Homes & Developments Ltd against NFDC’s refusal of planning application number 06/87378 for proposed 1 block of 4 flats at 178-182 Christchurch Road (Grounds of Appeal attached)

12. Hampshire Minerals and Waste Development Framework Core Strategy Public Examination

To consider whether the Council wishes to make representation to the Public Examination of the Core Strategy

13. Partial Review of South East Plan – Provision for Gypsy and Traveller Caravan Sites

To appoint a Working Party to advise the Town Clerk on representations to be made (attached)

14. Hampshire Association of Parish & Town Councils AGM

To agree a response to the resolutions to be considered at the AGM on 7th October 2006 (resolutions numbered 1 and 5 on the attached schedule)

15. Planning Applications

To consider applications received for periods ending 15th, 22nd & 29th August and 5th September 2006 (schedule attached as a PDF) .
