A meeting of the Town Council will be held at the Public Offices, 65 Christchurch Road, Ringwood on Wednesday 26th July 2006 at 7.00pm, or at the conclusion of the public participation period at 7.10pm, and your attendance is requested.

8. To consider the following motion proposed by Cllr Mrs Charlton:
To debate in Council the need for an overall revision of signage within the town. In particular signs at the town’s approach points and in the main car park. These signs to direct people to the Market Place, High Street, Town Council, Library, Conveniences, Raptor and Reptile Centre etc.
To establish a budget for these signs
To have the work costed
To set in motion any planning permissions necessary
To establish a sub-committee if necessary
