OTHER SERVICES
We are continuing to improve the town. The floral displays are being improved year on year as are the Christmas lights and our general standard of maintenance of the play areas and open spaces. In the open spaces, we are removing hiding places to help people feel safer. On a similar vein, the Town Council is looking at the possibility of part funding one of the new Police Community Support Officers in order to ensure extra uniform police type cover in the town.
We are also working with the District and County Council on a number of traffic and highway related issues to make our roads safer and to provide additional safe walking and cycling routes into the town.
If you feel we should do more or less of any of the items listed above, or do other things that are not listed, then please let us know. |
There are lots of ways you can contact us as follows:-
1. By writing to us at ‘Greenways’;
2. By email to: town.council@ringwood.gov.uk;
3. By attending our meetings and speaking in our public participation periods;
4. By responding to specific questions displayed on our website which is: www.ringwood.gov.uk; or
5. By telephone - 01425 473883.
Please remember it is generally better for telephone contact to only be made for the more simple issues. Where there are complex matters, then it is better for these to be written down and sent to the Council.
Finally, we have set out the Councillors’ names and addresses and also contact details for our staff at ‘Greenways’ on 01425 473883. Please remember we are here to help you. |
