Ringwood Branch of the Royal British Legion commemorate their 90th Anniversary

Tree Planting in War Memorial Gardens with members of the Ringwood Branch of The Royal British LegionTo commemorate the 90th anniversary of the foundation of the Ringwood Branch of the Royal British Legion, a Mountain Ash tree has been planted in the Ringwood War Memorial Gardens. 

 

In attendance were Cllrs Brian and Jacqui Terry, the Mayor and Mayoress of Ringwood; Mr Doughty - Standard Bearer - Ringwood Branch and members Mr Collin and Mr Laycock.

 

The Ringwood branch meets on the first Monday evening of each month and welcome new members and guests.  

 

You do not have to be ex-service personnel to belong to the Royal British Legion, Enquiries to the Secretary on 01425 478557.
