 The holiday play scheme has proved so successful over the past years, we are doing it again this year!
The play scheme will be on Carvers Recreation Ground and will be run again by ‘Jonathan the Jester of the Tabletop Circus’.
It will be based on the former grass tennis courts next to the children’s play area and the holiday fun club will take place on Mondays and Thursdays, 10am until 12 noon, 26th July to 26th August 2010 inclusive. Once again this year there will be no charge for any children attending.
In addition there will be two ‘teens sessions’ on Monday 2nd August and Monday 16th August, from 12.30 – 2.30pm with a small ‘Big Top’.
Activities include games, balloon modeling, fun shops, stilt walkers, entertainers and circus skills, with a chance to show off at the end. Very young children (under 8) should be accompanied, but parents and older siblings are also welcome.
