| Table Top Circus |
“Kids capers says it all,” states Neville Chard, Chairman of the Town Council’s Recreation Committee. “We have never provided free organized fun days for the under 11’s before.
We are breaking the mould this year and welcome the Table Top Circus to Carvers Recreation Ground, at the former grass tennis courts next to the children’s play area, for a Holiday Fun Club on Mondays and Thursdays, 10 am to 12 noon, 24th July to 1st September (excl 25.8.08 Bank Hol).
All of the costs are being met by the Town Council.
Activities include games, balloon modeling, Jonathan the Jester, fun shops, stilt walkers, entertainers and circus skills, with a chance to show off at the end.
Very young children should be accompanied. Parents and older siblings welcome.” |
