Last year we offered residents the opportunity to collect surplus wood chippings for use in their gardens free of charge.
As a result of further tree works being carried out now, the Town Council has a supply of wood chippings available free of charge to residents for use on their own gardens. At a time when everyone is looking to restrict weed growth and retain moisture in the soil these wood chippings will be of real benefit to householders. Residents are invited to contact the Town Council on 01425 473883 to arrange access for collection of the chippings.
