Shelter, Seat or Save the money?
Bus - Road marking
Do you live in Poulner and travel by bus on a regular basis?  If you do, you will know that the bus shelter in Southampton Road was demolished last year, following repeated attacks of arson and vandalism by a group of youths.

Since then, the Town Council has been considering whether or not to invest up to £2,000 in a new shelter.

We are aware that young people congregate in this area and cause a nuisance to local residents, and there is concern that replacing the shelter will exacerbate the situation.

So, should the Council replace the shelter or not?  Or would a seat be sufficient to meet the needs of people waiting for the bus in this location?

Before a decision is made, the Council wants to hear from anyone who uses the bus stop.
