| Following our appeal for anyone knowing anything about the recent attack on the Gorley Road Bus Shelter, a witness has come forward and two suspects, one of them a minor, have been arrested.
The bus shelter will now be repaired, at a cost of nearly £400.
Danny Cracknell, Mayor of Ringwood said: “The Town Council will repair the bus shelter on this occasion, but at the end of the day it is costing the ordinary Council Tax payers money.
Now that these vandals have been caught in the act, I hope the local police will work with us to prevent this from happening again.” |
