Rules and Regulations document updated September 2011 (PDF file)

The Council has agreed that from April 2009 fees for non-resident Ringwood allotment holders will be double that charged to residents.  However, the Council has also agreed that this charge will be phased in over five years.  Therefore the charge for 2011/12 will be 60% higher for non-residents.  For new non-resident applicants, the charge will be double that of residents.

*The Upper Kingston fees includes the recharge for the annual cost of vermin control arrangements at the allotments.
